Average timeframes

All withdrawals, regardless of the payment method, are subject to audit before being processed. As a result, payment of withdrawals could take up to 2 business days to process.

Payment methods

Usually withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used to make a deposit on the account. If a financial account and/or credit/debit has been used to make a deposit, the name registered on the account must correspond to the name registered on the account/card. In the case of a request to pay funds via Direct Bank Transfer (DBT), the acquiring bank account must be held in the same name used during registration.
