FNB eWallet Terms and Conditions

• Withdrawals via FNB eWallet are subject to a minimum withdrawal request of R @@MinimumWithdrawalAmount per withdrawal and a maximum monthly withdrawal limit of R @@MaximumBalanceAmount
• Withdrawals will be processed within 24 hours of request but are subject to banking hours..
• Withdrawals will only be paid out to the valid South African cell phone number linked to the active Betway account. Changes to cell phone numbers prior to withdrawals will be subject to verification checks.
• Once payment has been completed, the funds cannot be reversed into the Betway account or paid again with an alternative withdrawal method.
• Withdrawals of cash can ONLY be made at the stipulated ATM’s as provided for by FNB.
• Betway relies solely on the banking systems of FNB eWallet to effect withdrawals into customers’ cell phone numbers. Betway accepts no liability should the service be made unavailable and/or withdrawals/SMSs be delayed due to any reason whatsoever.
• With FNB eWallet, the client will receive an SMS from FNB and will be required to dial the specified code and follow the instructions to obtain the pin required for withdrawing funds from the ATM.
