The Chicago Bulls and the Philadelphia 76ers will renew their rivalry when they meet in an NBA Regular Season game at the United Center in Chicago, Illinois on the evening of Sunday 6 February 2022. Tip off is at 21:30.
The Bulls remain one of the leading teams in the Eastern Conference, though coach Billy Donovan insists that they have room for improvement – especially with the prospect of the Playoffs looming later in the campaign.

"Hopefully the last two games can give us an opportunity to get better," Bulls coach Billy Donovan said. "God willing, our team stays the way it is with no more guys being out with Covid or injuries. There's a lot of things that we can learn from this and get better from. This is the opportunity for our team to really grow."
The 76ers have come on strong recently and find themselves amongst the teams competing to finish in the top three or four in the East. Philadelphia will hope Joel Embiid keeps up his great form of late.

"I like to score the ball," Embiid said. "I have a score-first mentality. If they're double- or triple-teaming, I'm going to make the right play."
The question marks over Embiid’s fitness have also disappeared: "His conditioning, last year, when I came in, we challenged him and he took it," coach Doc Rivers said. "This year, we challenged him even more and he's taking it up."
In head-to-head stats, the Bulls and the 76ers have met in 235 Regular Season games since 1966-67, with Philadelphia claiming 129 wins compared to 106 for Chicago. The teams’ last Regular Season meeting was in November 2021, with the 76ers winning 114-105 away thanks to 30 points from Joel Embiid. Philadelphia has won their last nine successive games against the Bulls.
