The Indiana Pacers will look for a home victory over the Toronto Raptors when the teams meet in a
2020-21 NBA Regular Season game at the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis on the evening of 24 January 2021, with tip-off at 22:30 CAT.
The Pacers' recent form has not made headlines as much as the trade which saw two-time All-Star Victor Oladipo head to Houston, while bringing 26-year-old guard Caris LeVert from Brooklyn to Indiana. The move is a promising one for the Pacers, but an MRI during LeVert's physical with Indiana revealed a small mass on his left kidney and the franchise will do right by the player.

"This organisation's going to step up, help him get through this (and) get him on the court," Pacers president Kevin Prichard said. "I'm super confident that we're going to have him on the court. It may not be today that he can help us, but we do believe that he can help us in the not-so-distant future. That's what got us comfortable. There's risk. We're willing to accept that risk. But there's also a human element."
The Raptors are in the midst of a tough stretch of games which will go a long way in revealing whether they are to be considered championship contenders or not – including this game at the Pacers.
"I think you just continue to find ways where you can stop those tough stretches," Raptors guard Norman Powell said. "When the ball isn’t going in or guys coming are fumbling a couple passes like early on in this game. It seems like it took a little bit to get going in terms of finding the reads and just getting ourselves into the game. But you just try to level it off by limiting the defensive mistakes that keep us at bay.”

In head-to-head terms, the Pacers and the Raptors have met in 92 Regular Season games since 1995-96. Indiana have claimed 49 wins compared to 43 for Toronto.
The teams met four times in the Regular Season in 2019-20, with the Raptors claiming three wins – the most recent of which was 127-81 in February 2020, with Toronto's Pascal Siakam racking up 21 points.
