Sampdoria will be aiming to stifle Atalanta's free-scoring ways when the two teams meet in a
2020-21 Serie A match in Genoa on Sunday.

Blucerchiati fell to a 1-0 loss at Lazio last weekend to remain in 10th spot on the league standings, 15 points above the relegation zone and still within a shout of European football if they are able to string a few wins together towards the end of the campaign.
La Dea beat fellow top four contenders Napoli 4-2 in an entertaining match to hold onto fifth, 10 points behind league leaders Inter who are the only team to have scored more goals than Atalanta this season.
“We feel like we’ve been run over by a train and emerged without a scratch. This was a huge, huge risk. We won 4-2, but it could’ve gone very differently," said Atalanta head coach Gian Piero Gasperini following their win at Gewiss Stadium last weekend.
“We won, we need to stay on our toes, because it’s a really tough season this time. We’ve got to keep our eyes open. It’s not often you end a game with a 4-2 win over Napoli and leave the pitch as furious as some of my players were."
