As another team vying for a place in the UEFA Champions League next season, Juventus will hope to earn maximum points when they face Verona at home this coming weekend.
Sitting in fourth position, Juventus are one of the teams looking to book their ticket into the Champions League, holding a three-point gap over fifth-placed Como with four games left to play.
Juventus could only manage a 0-0 draw with AC Milan in their latest Serie A task, a result that followed three consecutive wins against Genoa, Atalanta and Bologna respectively. Overall, Juve have been in decent form recently, recording three wins and two draws in their last five matches.
Verona on the other hand, faces a serious threat of relegation this season after gathering just 19 points from 43 matches. Adding to their woes, Verona are 10 points from safety following their 0-0 draw with Lecce during Matchday 34.
As for their overall form, Verona are among the poorest performing teams currently after recording four losses and one draw in their previous handful of Serie A games.

With Juventus drawing alongside Milan in view, Luciano Spalletti expressed that much work is needed to cement their place in next season’s Champions League campaign, challenging his players to step up to the mark.
“This is what matches are like; we still need to win several more games to earn our place in the Champions League,” Spalletti said.
“It’s in these tough moments that you see who’s a true Juventus player and who isn’t.”
