Cameron Smith will be among the favourites to win the 2022
Northern Trust having performed well in last year's tournament.
The Australian star came close to winning last year's tournament as he finished second after losing to Tony Finau in a playoff.
The current 2021-22 PGA Tour season has seen Smith establish himself as one of the best golfers in the world and he is currently ranked second on the Official World Golf Rankings.

Smith has won three PGA Tour tournaments this year starting with the Sentry Tournament of Champions at Kapalua Resort on Maui, Hawaii in January.
In March, the Brisbane-born golfer won The Players Championship at TPC Sawgrass, by one shot from Anirban Lahiri, becoming the fifth Australian to win the tournament.
Last month, Smith won his first major championship at the 150th Open Championship, played at the Old Course at St Andrews - his first golf major.
The 28-year-old shot a final-round 64 to finish one shot better than Cameron Young and he also overtook overnight leader Rory McIlroy, who eventually finished in third place.

"It was just absolutely awesome out there," Smith said after winning the Open Championship.
"I thought the course was exactly how an Open Championship should be played—firm and fast, tough pins. It's just unreal. Thank you guys so much. I had a lot of support out there, especially the Aussie guys.
"You guys really kept me going out there. It seemed like there was a lot of you guys out there, you kept me plugging away so this one is for Australia."
Vijay Singh is the most decorated golfer in the history of The Northern Trust having won four titles in 1993, 1995, 2006 and 2008.
