Atletico Madrid will go head to head with Granada CF in a
Spanish La Liga match at the Estádio Cívitas Metropolitano on August 14.

Atletico ended up their 2022/23 La Liga season with a 2-2 draw against Villarreal CF away on June 4 as they extended their unbeaten run to four league matches.
The Mattress Makers are also undefeated in their last 11 home matches having registered 10 victories and one draw.
Meanwhile, Granada are back in the Spanish top flight after securing promotion from Segunda Division and they are winless in the two La Liga matches.
The Nazaries lost to Real Betis in their away match in La Liga in May 2022 and the defeat ended their two-match unbeaten run on the road.

While Granada have been busy in the transfer market having signed experienced players such as Famara Diédhiou, Jesus Vallejo, Gonzalo Villar and Shon Weissman.

Atletico and Granada played to a 0-0 draw in their last league meeting which took place at the Estádio Cívitas Metropolitano on 20 April 2022.
As a result, the Nazaries are unbeaten in their last two league games against the Mattress Makers - winning once and drawing once.
