Frosinone Calcio will face off with Atalanta BC in an
Italian Serie A match at the Stadio Benito Stirpe on August 26.

The Yellow and Blues suffered a 3-1 defeat to SSC Napoli at home on August 19 and they are now winless run in their last eight matches in the competition.
Frosinone are also winless in their last five home matches in the Italian top flight having recorded one draw and four defeats at the Stadio Benito Stirpe.
Meanwhile, Atalanta emerged as 2-0 winners over US Sassuolo away on August 20 and they are now unbeaten in their last two games in the Serie A.
The win over Sassuolo ended the Goddess' two-match winless run on the road in the league having registered two consecutive defeats as the visitors.

Karlo Lulic is the only player on Frosinone's injury list and the Croatian midfielder is expected to return to action in October this year.
While Jose Luis Palomino, Salvatore Elia, El Bilal Touré and Hans Hateboer are all on Atalanta's injury list.

“Atalanta has the chance in this league to field fresh players, back from bad seasons," Atalanta manager Gian Piero Gasperini said about Charles De Ketelaere who netted against Sassuolo.
"It’s too early to make parallels between him with [Josip] Ilicic, they have different characteristics. There is a lot of work to do, but he comes from an environment like AC Milan, where they work very well.
"I have an advantage. He has the right qualities, I like him. Having said that, it is not all good what he did today.”

Frosinone were promoted to the Serie A for the first time in 2016 and they have met Atalanta four times in the competition.
The Goddess boast of an unbeaten record against the Yellow and Blues in the Italian top flight having recorded three wins and one draw.
Atalanta hammered Frosinone 5-0 away in their last meeting in Serie A which was on 20 January 2019 at the Stadio Benito Stirpe.
