Matt Fitzpatrick will be hoping to keep the momentum going when he tees off at the
Omega European Masters on Thursday, August 28.
The Englishman has been a model of consistency since the Master Tournament in April, making the cut in his last 14 events and securing six top-10 finishes.
Fitzpatrick, whose last win came at the Alfred Dunhill Championship in 2023, recorded back-to-back T4's at the Genesis Scottish Open and the Open Championship and a T6 at the British Masters last week.
The 30-year-old has moved up to 14th in the Race to Dubai Rankings and qualified for the FedEx Cup Playoffs, although he missed out on the Tour Championship after finishing 34th at the BMW Championship.
Fitzpatrick admits his confidence has soared after working with Mark Blackburn, having struggled with his irons earlier in the year which saw him miss the cut three times in his first seven tournaments.
"I struggled with my irons early doors, earlier in the year, and I feel like I really turned them around," he said. "I started working with Mark Blackburn and a few things he gave me were a huge turnaround.
"Since then, I feel like I have grown in confidence and obviously with that comes the results. I feel like I am doing the right things, slowly progressing which is really nice."
