World No.1 Ashleigh Barty will be looking to win the
Australian Open for the first time in her career.
The Australian has two Grand Slams to her name, having won the French Open in 2019 and Wimbledon in 2021.

Barty recently triumphed in the Adelaide International 1 with a straight-sets victory over Elena Rybakina in the final to claim her 14th singles title.
After being knocked in the quarter-finals at Melbourne Park last year, the 25-year-old is keen to build on her success in Adelaide.

"I feel good leading up to an Australian Open like I have every year," Barty was quoted as saying on the official WTA website.
"Each and every preparation is unique, each and every preparation is different. So we take it for what comes and what it is, move on, try and do the best that we can in every opportunity, whether that's here in Adelaide or it's in Melbourne.
"It has absolutely no effect on the way that I prepare or the way I'm thinking leading forward just because it's a Grand Slam. Doesn't change for us. We look forward, we do what we can, then we see how we go."
