Los Angeles Clippers will face off with the Denver Nuggets in a
National Basketball Association (NBA) match on January 14.
This will be the 188th meeting between the two teams in regular-season games since the 1976/77 season which was the Nuggets' debut campaign in the NBA.
The Nuggets have been dominant in this rivalry having registered 104 wins compared to the Clippers' 83 victories.

It was the Nuggets who emerged victorious in their last meeting which was on 6 January 2023 at the Ball Arena in Denver, Colorado, USA.
The Nuggets defeated the Clippers, 122-91 as Jamal Murray led all scorers with 18 points for the Nuggets, while Nikola Jokic added 12 points, six rebounds, and nine assists.
The Clippers are sitting in seventh place on the Western Conference standings having recorded 21 victories and 21 defeats from 42 games.
While the Nuggets are placed at the top of the Western Conference standings having registered 27 wins and 13 defeats from 40 matches.

The Nuggets won, 122-109 against the Los Angeles Lakers on Tuesday, January 10 for their 11th consecutive win at Ball Arena and 13th time in their last 16 games.
Michael Malone, the Nuggets head coach, described the Lakers as human nature following the match.
“We talked about it. Obviously, we have been playing really well as of late and it’s always about us first and foremost," Malone said.
"You have to fight human nature when a team is out LeBron James, Anthony Davis, Lonnie Walker, Austin Reaves, Troy Brown, and all of those guys. You can’t relax.”
