Viktor Hovland will be eager to become the first Norwegian golfer to win the
Sentry Tournament of Champions since the event's inception in 1953.
What to know about Hovland
The 26-year-old star is one of the best golfers in the world having won tournaments that are part of the PGA Tour and European Tour.
Hovland has won 10 professional tournaments including six PGA Tour events and two European Tour titles since turning pro in 2019.

The 2023 PGA Tour FedEx Cup winner took part in the Hero World Challenge in December 2023 and he finished 10th in an event hosted by iconic Tiger Woods.
Hovland will now return to action at the Sentry Tournament of Champions while placed fourth on the Official World Golf Rankings and his best OWGR ranking is third place.

The year 2023 saw the Oslo-born golfer establish himself as one of the best golfers - winning three PGA Tour events.
Hovland won the Tour Championship, BMW Championship and Memorial Tournament which makes him one of the favourites to win the Sentry Tournament of Champions.
