As two of the biggest winners from the latest round of Serie A action, Como and Atalanta will now do battle at Stadio Giuseppe Sinigaglia on Sunday.
Both Como and Atalanta are gunning for a place in Europe next season and were boosted by big wins this past gameweek.
Seventh placed Atalanta will head into their next game on the back of a 4-0 win over Parma as they currently sit on 35 points after 22 matches played. Overall, Atalanta recorded four wins and one draw in their last five league ties.
Como on the other hand, were on the winning end of a massive 6-0 victory against Torino on home soil this past Saturday and subsequently opened a five point gap over their upcoming competitors in fifth position.
In top form, Como jotted down three wins, one loss and the single stalemate in their previous handful of Serie A matches.

Speaking after Atalanta’s win over Parma, coach Raffaele Palladino praised his side’s reaction following their 3-2 loss over Athletic Bilbao in the UEFA Champions League last Wednesday.
“I think the big step forward was arriving at the match in good shape,” Palladino said.
“The Champions League match against Bilbao hurt us, and we were all hit hard in the first two days.
“I liked how the team reacted. Even in the difficult situations that a match presents, we worked as a team, we all reasoned together, and we understood the timing of the game. The match we lost in the Champions League made us grow.”
