Rafael Nadal looks for back-to-back Grand Slam titles

2019 Wimbledon Championships

Women’s and Men’s Singles finals

Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 July

Rafael Nadal will continue his quest to win back-to-back Grand Slam titles as the 2019 Wimbledon Championships draw to a close this weekend.

The Spaniard, who won the French Open at Roland Garros last month, is looking to win his third Wimbledon title and a first since 2010.

Nadal is looking to win Wimbledon for the first time since 2010.

Thus far, Nadal has beaten Yuichi Sugita, Nick Kyrgios, Joe-Wilfried Tsonga, Joao Sousa and Sam Querry at SW19.

His opponent in the semifinals will be old foe Roger Federer, whose goal of winning a record-extending ninth Wimbledon crown has seen him overcome Lloyd Harris, Jay Clarke, Lucas Pouille, Matteo Berrettini and Kei Nishikori.

Nadal will face Roger Federer in the semifinals.

Nadal has won 24 of the 39 matches in which he has faced Federer, including a straight-sets victory in the semifinals in Paris in June.

The winner will face either Novak Djokovic or Roberto Bautista Agut in the final at Centre Court on Sunday.
