Sergio Perez is not getting carried away by Red Bull Racing-Honda's fast start to the 2021 FIA
Formula One World Championship season.
The Austrian team will go into Sunday's Azerbaijan Grand Prix top of the World Constructors' Championship standings while Perez's teammate, Max Verstappen, leads the Drivers' Championship after five rounds of racing.

Verstappen climbed to the summit with victory in Monaco two weeks ago and while Perez has yet to finish in the podium places, the Mexican has enjoyed a solid start to the season.
Furthermore, Perez will take confidence heading onto a circuit where he finished third in 2016 and 2018 with Force India.
"I hope we can put a strong qualifying together because we’ve proved our race pace is right up there with the best. We just have to improve our Saturdays and then we should be fine," said Perez.
The 31-year-old, though, is not getting ahead of himself.
“Of course we are happy that we are now ahead in both World Championship standings. But let’s keep our feet on the ground,” Perez told speedweek.com.
“We’ve only done five races out of a planned 23. In the end, Max was right when he said in Monte Carlo – it’s not important who’s in front after five races, it’s important who’s in front after the Abu Dhabi finale.
“We have to continue to be as focused as we have been.”
