World No.6 Stefanos Tsitsipas will be hoping his preparations for Wimbledon pays off when the third Grand Slam of the year gets underway on Monday, June 27.

The Greek doesn't have a particularly good record on the London grass, having only progressed beyond the first round once in four previous attempts.

Tsitsipas' only outing on grass in 2021 was at Wimbledon, but he's already played four matches on the surface this year ahead of the Mallorca Championships, where he received a wild card to participate at the ATP 250 event.

The 23-year-old has reached three finals in the 12 tournaments he's competed in and won his first title of 2022 at the ATP Masters 1000 Monte Carlo, where he defended his crown.

Tsitsipas believes he can turn his fortunes around on grass, acknowledging that he just needs to adapt his game.

"I'm going to try and adapt my game to this surface," he said. "I think I have the game to play good on grass, too. I just need to be open-minded and adapt my game to this surface."
