The
2023 Spanish Grand Prix is scheduled to take place at the Spain Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on June 4.
What to know about the Spanish GP
Established in 1913, the Spanish Grand Prix is one of the oldest in the world still contested, celebrating its centenary in 2013.
The event is due to take place at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya until at least 2026 and the track has stands with a capacity of 140,700.

The Monaco MotoGP which was the sixth round of the 2023 Formula One World Championship season took place on May 28.
The race was won by Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing-Honda RBPT with Fernando Alonso of Aston Martin and Alpine's Esteban Ocon finishing second and third respectively.
Standings
Verstappen remains at the top of the World Drivers' Championship standings followed by his Red Bull Racing-Honda RBPT teammate Perez and Alonso respectively.
Looking at the World Constructors' Championship standings, Red Bull Racing-Honda RBPT are placed at the top - followed by Aston Martin Aramco-Mercedes and Mercedes respectively.

Verstappen won the 2022 Spanish Grand Prix title and the reigning Formula One world champion will be determined to win the race once again in Barcelona.
The gifted racing driver will face competition from the likes of Perez, Alonso and joint-record six-time Spanish Grand Prix champion Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes.

"I'm really happy. We've moved forwards. Coming into the weekend, I didn't know where we would stand so to come out fourth and fifth is really great points for the team," Hamilton said after finishing fourth at the 2023 Monaco Grand Prix.
"Huge thank you to everyone back at the factory for bringing those upgrades. We kept it in one piece, we brought it home, we beat the Ferraris and we really got some great points as a team.
"Next week Barcelona is the best test circuit for us, so it was really difficult here to really know. The car felt very stiff, there are lots of bumps, it's tricky," he continued.
"I definitely noticed one particular part of the car that was better but I don't know how that will be next week. I'm sure the whole thing will be a much better package next week."
