Sam Burns will be looking to record his second win in the 2022-23 PGA Tour season by clinching the
2023 RBC Canadian Open title.
What to know about Burns
The American star has won six professional tournaments since he turned professional in October 2017 as he debuted in the Sanderson Farms Championship.
Burns, who was named AJGA Rolex Junior Player of the Year in 2014, has won five PGA Tour events including two Valspar Championship titles.

Burns took part in the recent Memorial Tournament where he finished 16th after finishing sixth at the Charles Schwab Challenge where he was the defending champion.
The 26-year-old is still in the top 15 on the Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR) as he is placed 14th coming into the RBC Canadian Open.
Why Burns is one of the favourites
Only Rory McIlroy (3) and Matt Fitzpatrick (8) are ranked higher than Burns in the OWGR among the players who will compete in this year's RBC Canadian Open - making him one of the favourites to win it.
Having won the 2023 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play in March, Burns will be eager to secure a win in Canada in order to boost his ranking ahead of this year's US Open.

"What a week, I am so tired. I know Cam [Cameron Young] didn't have his best stuff but it was a great match," Burns said after winning the 2023 WGC-Dell Technologies Match Play.
"I felt like I found something at the end of my match with Scottie [Scheffler] and was able to carry that on this afternoon.
"I have just tried to stack one good swing after another. It is what I have tried to do today and the last couple of weeks. It is nice to see the hard work I have put in paying off on the golf course."
