McLaren driver Lando Norris will be looking to put the disappointment of Montreal behind him as he goes in search of his first win of the season at the Monaco Grand Prix on Sunday, June 7.
The defending world champion has struggled to get to grips with the new F1 regulations in 2026 and has just one podium to his name, a P2 at the Miami Grand Prix.
Norris is a staggering 73 points off the pace in title race after only completing three of the opening five races, while managing P5s at the Australian Grand Prix and the Japanese Grand Prix.

The Brit failed to start the race at the Chinese Grand Prix due to a power unit problem and a gearbox issue led to his retirement on lap 38 at the Canadian Grand Prix.
Norris has accrued just 58 points to date which is only good enough for fifth place in the Drivers' standings, with team-mate Oscar Piastri a further 10 points behind him in sixth position.
The 2025 World Constructors' champions took a gamble in Montreal after they chose to start with intermediate tyres despite the majority of the grid opting for slicks following rain in the build-up to the race.

The decision ultimately backfired as both Norris and Piastri pitted at the end of the opening lap to change to slick tyres, dropping them to the back of the field.
The 26-year-old defended McLaren's call though, insisting they had valid reasons before adding the moment he realised it hadn't been.
"Probably just on the warm-up lap," Norris said. "I think the rain already stopped a little bit by then, so, yeah, it was the wrong decision in hindsight.
"Obviously, it was good for a lap and kept me out of trouble, and so easily things could have happened behind, and I would have looked much better, but it was the wrong decision in the end.
"But I don't think through any bad decision-making. There were valid reasons for doing what we did. I'm happy we went for something and stuck to it.
"It doesn't work out sometimes, that's the way it is, so we take it on the chin, and we learn from it."
2026 Canadian Grand Prix results:
Winner: Kimi Antonelli - Mercedes
Second Place: Lewis Hamilton - Ferrari
Third Place: Max Verstappen - Red Bull Racing
