WEST HAM UNITED VS MANCHESTER CITY – LONDON STADIUM

West Ham, with just one win in their last six in all competitions since they tore apart Manchester United at the end of September, welcome the reigning Premier League champions to town looking to end a run of six matches without a win against the Citizens.

Manchester City on the other hand currently find themselves on a seven-game winning streak since a goalless stalemate at Liverpool that was capped off by a comprehensive 3-1 derby demolition of United before the international break.

David Silva will be relishing a return to the London Stadium. He has scored in each of his two visits there although he missed out on last season’s 4-1 win against West Ham in the corresponding fixture in the league. The Spaniard is in fine form heading into the fixture having found the back of the net in each of his last three outings for City.

MANCHESTER UNITED VS CRYSTAL PALACE – OLD TRAFFORD

The Red Devils will be eager to return to winning ways following their defeat against their near neighbours a fortnight ago which brought an end to their three-match winning run in all competitions, ahead of their final UEFA Champions League group stage clash against Valencia next week.

Crystal Palace are on a steady decline and are only being kept of the relegation zone on goal difference following a dismal run of seven matches without a victory in the league. The Eagles have just one win in their last 25 matches against United - a 2-1 win in the League Cup in November 2011 which was their first victory at Old Trafford since December 1989.

Romelu Lukaku netted both home and away for United against Palace last season although he has failed to find the back of the net in each of his last ten appearances for Jose Mourinho’s side in all competitions this season. He returned to the bench against City after being left out of the squad altogether for the games against Bournemouth and Juventus respectively.
