Ducati rider Marc Marquez will be on a mission to win the
French MotoGP for the fifth time in his illustrious career.

Marquez might be winless in the 2024 MotoGP season, but he is slowly regaining his form based on his display at the Spanish MotoGP on 28 April.
The Gresini Racing MotoGP member started on the first grid and he finished second which saw him accumulate 20 points from the race.
MotoGP title ambitions
The Spanish star is now sixth on the 2024 MotoGP Riders' standings having accumulated 60 points from four races.
Marquez is 10 points behind third-placed Enea Bastianini of Ducati Lenovo Team and he will be looking to close the gap on the top three riders.
Why Marquez could win the 2024 French MotoGP
The eight-time MotoGP Grand Prix World champion has won this race five times including three victories in the MotoGP class.
Marquez, who won back-to-back French MotoGP races in 2018 and 2019, will be determined to record his first win of the 2024 in Le Mans.
What did he say?
“I rode even too conservatively in the first five laps," Marquez said after finishing second at the 2024 Spanish MotoGP.
"Yesterday’s crash played a part and I wanted to make sure I made it to the finish line. Then I saw the chance to win and I gave it a try.
"Pecco [Francesco Bagnaia] defended the position strongly and it was good this way. Now winning is not a dream anymore, so let’s enjoy this return to speed and to podium ways.”
