Oscar Piastri will be confident of recording a fourth successive win in the 2025 Formula One World Championship by winning the
Emilia Romagna Grand Prix.

The McLaren driver maintained his great form at the Miami Grand Prix on 4 May, the most recent race on the 2025 Formula One World Championship calendar.
Piastri started on the fourth grid and he went on to win the race, while also finishing second in the sprint event, and he earned 32 points in the USA.
Formula One title ambitions
The 2019 Formula Renault Eurocup winner with R-ace GP is placed at the top of the World Drivers' Championship standings, having accumulated 131 points.
Piastri is 16 points ahead of second-placed Lando Norris of McLaren and 32 points clear of third-placed Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing.
Why Piastri could win the 2025 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix
The 24-year-old looks unstoppable at the moment, having won the last three races on the 2025 Formula One World Championship calendar.
Having won this season's Chinese Grand Prix, Bahrain Grand Prix, Saudi Arabian Grand Prix and Miami Grand Prix, Piastri has what it takes to win this weekend's race.
What did he say?
"It's a great feeling to have won the race today, one I really wanted to win," Piastri said after winning the 2025 Miami Grand Prix.
"Clearly the car was unbelievable today and we were able to use that pace advantage. That’s down to everyone here trackside and the whole team at the factory putting in an incredible amount of hard work to get us to where we are now.
"As always, there’s lots of learnings to take away from the weekend but I’m very, very happy to be leaving Miami on top.”
