Fabio Quartararo will be keen to mark his return to his native, France, by winning the
French MotoGP for the first time in his career.

The Yamaha Monster Energy Team rider had a good outing at the Spanish MotoGP on 27 April, the most recent event on the 2025 MotoGP calendar.
Quartararo finished second after starting on the first grid, but he crashed out in the sprint event, which saw him accumulate a total of 20 points.
MotoGP title ambitions
The 26-year-old is placed in the sixth spot in the 2025 MotoGP Riders' standings, having collected 50 points from five races.
Quartararo is just 13 points behind fifth-placed Fabio Di Giannantonio of Ducati and 90 points behind leader, Alex Marquez of Ducati.
Why Quartararo could win the 2025 French MotoGP
The 2021 MotoGP World Champion will be returning to the Bugatti Circuit, where his best performance came in 2021 when he finished third.
Quartararo, who is brimming with confidence after securing a podium spot in Spain, will be keen to claim a win in front of his friends and family in France.
What did he say?
"Thank you to the fans at home voting for me as the 'Rider of the Race'. Thank you also to all the fans that were here to support us," Quartararo said after the 2025 Spanish MotoGP.
"Also yesterday, after the crash, they all applauded, so a big thanks to them, and see you in Le Mans! I'm super happy to have done this podium before the French GP.
"Le Mans is also going to be super special because it's a track that I like, there are many fans there, it's my home GP, and there will also be some nice liveries there."
