Quartararo's teammate Maverick Vinales clinched the recent Emilia Romagna and Rimini's Coast Grand Prix.

The 25-year-old explained that he had to retire after a visor tear-off strip from Quartararo was sucked into his Ducati at the  Emilia Romagna and Rimini's Coast Grand Prix.

“I am very sad because I had started well and we could have had a good race, we had all the right conditions to make it,” said Miller.

“Unfortunately, it was nobody’s fault, it was a very unlucky day because a tear-off entered the airbox.”

Yamaha are sitting at the top of Manufacturers' Championship standings with 138 points.

Ducati and KTM are placed second and third with 115 and 104 points respectively on the standings.
