US Salernitana will take on Juventus FC in an Italian Serie A match at the Stadio Arechi on November 30. 
 
This will be the third competitive meeting between the two teams since 1998 with Salernitana having made their return to Serie A in August 2021.
 
Salernitana and Juventus have recorded one win each and they are yet to play to a draw.
 
The last meeting between the two teams was on 2 May 1999 and it was Salernitana, who emerged victorious in a Serie A match.

The Garnets caused a major upset when they claimed a narrow 1-0 victory over the Old Lady at the Stadio Arechi.
 
“We have some important absences but the team has a great desire for redemption," Salernitana manager Stefano Colantuono said ahead of their clash with Cagliari Calcio on November 26.
 
"I've never had the chance to work with the full squad. This week too we had problems with some players that we won't have available tomorrow. We must go beyond the difficulties, trying to give everyone something more. 
 
"I have to applaud these guys who are commendable from the point of view of desire, application and attachment to colors and the city of Salerno."

Meanwhile, Salernitana succumbed to a 2-0 defeat to UC Sampdoria in their last home game in the league which took place on November 11.
 
Therefore, the Garnets are winless in their last three matches at home having recorded three consecutive defeats as the hosts.
 
While Juventus secured a convincing 2-0 win over SS Lazio in their last away match in Serie A which was played on November 20.
 
The win ended the Old Lady's two-match winless run on the road having registered one draw and one defeat as the away side.
