Los Angeles Lakers will go head to head with the Sacramento Kings in a
National Basketball Association (NBA) match on November 12.
This will be the 442nd meeting between the two giants of American basketball in regular-season games since 1948.
The Lakers have been dominant in this rivalry having registered 280 wins compared to the Kings' 161 victories.

However, it was the Kings who emerged victorious in their last meeting which was on 15 October 2022 at the Golden One Center.
DeAaron Fox led the way for the Kings with 19 points, while Keegan Murray added five points in the 133-86 victory over the Lakers.
The Lakers are sitting in 14th place on the Western Conference standings having recorded two victories and eight defeats from 10 games.
While the Kings placed 13th on the Western Conference standings having registered three wins and six defeats from nine matches.
On November 8, Utah Jazz beat the Lakers 139-116 their second victory over the short-handed Los Angeles side in four days.
Lakers coach Darvin Ham said the onus is on his team to utilize their existing talent and skills to generate a winning culture again.
“We need to step up and play better. We can’t go out and get people, we are already a repeat tax offender," Ham said.
"We can’t spend money to build a team. We already have three big-time, first-ballot future Hall of Famers that a chuck of our budget is spent on and there’s only so much left.”
