Tyson Fury will put his
WBC and The Ring heavyweight world titles on the line when he takes on Deontay Wilder on October 09.
Fury and Wilder first fought in December 2018, with the bout ending in a controversial draw at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, USA.
Mexican judge Alejandro Rochin scored the fight 115–111 for Wilder, Canadian judge Robert Tapper had it 114–112 for Fury and British judge Phil Edwards scored it a 113–113 draw.

The pair had a rematch in February 2020, with Fury emerging victorious via seventh-round technical knockout at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Paradise, Nevada, USA.
At the time of stoppage Fury was ahead on all three judges' scorecards 59–52, 58–53, and 59–52, and he captured the WBC and vacant Ring magazine heavyweight titles.
Therefore, Fury inflicted upon Wilder the first and only loss of his professional career having won 42 fights and drawn one, before the American tasted his first defeat.
On the other hand, Fury became the third heavyweight, after Muhammad Ali and Floyd Patterson, to hold The Ring magazine title twice.

The British boxer also became the first heavyweight in history to have held the WBA (Super), WBC, IBF, WBO, and The Ring magazine titles.
"If you make a mistake against Deontay Wilder, it could cost you the fight," Matchroom Boxing chief Hearn has made his prediction ahead of the third fight.
"He’s very dangerous. I don’t see him [Fury] losing a round, but it doesn’t really matter. One mistake, and it can be over.
“I generally hope he wins because I want the WBC to order the mandatory of Fury – [Dillian] Whyte."
