Two of the best-supported clubs in the land go head to head at Old Trafford when
Manchester United entertain Newcastle United on Sunday, October 16.
The Red Devils bounced back from a chastising 6-3 defeat at the hands of neighbours Manchester City with a hard-fought 2-1 victory at Everton on Sunday.
A fifth win of the season took Erik ten Hag's side within a point of the top four in fifth spot and the Dutchman was pleased to see a response from his players after they battled back from an early goal down to come away with all three points.

Alex Iwobi scored a superb opener from range for the hosts after just five minutes, but Antony hit back for United on the quarter-hour mark before Cristiano Ronaldo's 700th club goal secured the comeback win in the final minute of the first half.
"We have seen it before in the last weeks. The team has that [fighting spirit]," Ten Hag said. "There is a good spirit in the dressing room to keep that going, but I think we can make life easier when we press better in the second half.
"We also in the second half can dictate the game out of possession and we also had some good counter opportunities to score.
"There is room for improvement but today I don't want to complain too much when we win 2-1 at Everton who are in a really good [place after] seven league games. It's difficult to score here and we did twice, and I am happy and that is a compliment for the squad."
The Magpies continued their fine start to the campaign with a convincing 5-1 home win over Brentford on Saturday - their second in a row which extended their unbeaten run to four games.

Eddie Howe's team moved up to sixth in the standings, just one point behind the Red Devils, having lost just once in their opening nine matches.
Howe sang the praises of two-goal hero Bruno Guimaraes, who turned the contest back in the favour of the hosts with his second strike on 56 minutes to make it 3-1.
"He's top quality in every aspect - his personality, his performances on the pitch. I thought he was outstanding today," the 44-year-old said of Guimaraes.
"The game was in the balance at 2-1. The momentum had swung in their direction but thankfully only momentarily. Bruno's strike from distance was a really good one at a key moment in the game.
"We had a bit of a slow start to the game but we responded to that and I think the first goal changed the complexion of the game. We managed to maintain our intensity throughout the game so I'm really pleased."
