Lewis Hamilton will be eager to become the first driver to win the
Qatar Grand Prix twice having clinched the inaugural race in 2021.

The British racing driver missed out on a podium spot at the 2023 Japanese Grand Prix on 24 September as he finished fifth.
Hamilton started on the seventh grid and he managed to pass a few cars before securing a fifth-spot finish which earned him 10 points.
Standings
The accomplished driver is still placed third on the World Drivers' Championship standings having accumulated 190 points from 16 races.
Hamilton is 210 points behind the Red Bull Racing duo of Max Verstappen and Sergio Perez who are placed at the top and second respectively on the standings.
Why Hamilton could win the 2023 Qatar Grand Prix
The Stevenage-born superstar is coming into this race as the only driver to have won the Qatar Grand Prix.
Hamilton's winning experience gives him the edge over other drivers as he looks to record his maiden win of the current season.
What did he say?
"We can't turn a blind eye to that. We've got to look at what they've done and go in that direction," Hamilton said after Mercedes-powered McLaren finished second and third with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri at the recent Japanese Grand Prix.
"That is the direction. But I truly believe my team can do it. We've always been great at putting downforce on the car, it's just that with the way our car currently works, adding downforce isn't working -- it just makes it bounce more.
"Hopefully with the change in philosophy we will be back to where the team deserve because this is a world championship team."
