The White and Reds thumped Levante 6-2 in their previous league game which played at the Estadio Ciudad de Valencia over the weekend.
The win ended Sevilla’s three-match winless run in the league having lost to Getafe and Real Betis after drawing with Villarreal.

Meanwhile, Real edged out Espanyol 1-0 in their previous league game which was played at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu over the weekend.
The win extended the Whites' unbeaten run to seven games including last season's matches having recorded five wins and two draws. 
They drew 1-1 with Athletic Bilbao in their last away game in the league almost two weeks ago.
The last league meeting between Sevilla and Real was on the 9th of May 2018.
