Manchester United will lock horns with Aston Villa in a
Premier League match at Old Trafford on September 25.
The Red Devils edged out West Ham United 2-1 away in their previous league match which was played on September 19.
The win extended United's unbeaten run to seven matches in this competition having recorded two draws and five victories.

The Red Devils are also undefeated in their last three home matches in the Premier League having recorded two consecutive victories and one draw.
“You’ve got to always start well and make a statement to the rest of teams and that’s what we’ve been doing," United attacker Jesse Lingard said after he scored against West Ham.
“The main aim is to obviously win a trophy this season and I think we’ve got the squad depth to do that. The talent, everyone’s hungry to play and everyone’s working hard in training to get in that matchday squad.
“Everyone’s always ready to play, so the subs have got to be ready to make a difference."

Meanwhile, Villa proved too strong for Everton as they claimed a 3-0 victory at home in their previous league encounter which took place on September 18.
The win ended the Lions' two-match winless run in this competition having registered one defeat and one draw.
However, Villa are winless in their last two matches on the road in the Premier League having recorded two successive defeats as the visitors.
The last meeting between United and Villa in a league match was on 09 May 2021.
United claimed an impressive 3-1 victory over Villa in an encounter that was played at Villa Park.
