Aston Martin driver Fernando Alonso will be determined to win the
Japanese title for the third time in his successful career.

The Spanish racing driver endured a disappointing race at the recent 2023 Singapore Grand Prix title on 17 September as he finished 15th.
Alonso had started on the seventh grid and failed to record a single point as his hopes of winning the 2023 Formula One world title took a knock.
Standings
The two-time 24 Hours of Le Mans champion is now placed fourth on the World Drivers' Championship standings having collected 170 points from 15 races.
Alonso, who won the 2005 and 2006 Formula One world titles, is now 204 points behind leader Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing.
Why Alonso could win the 2023 Japanese Grand Prix
Having won the Japanese Grand Prix in 2006 and 2008, Alonso will be returning to the Suzuka International Racing Course.
The 42-year-old, who has finished as the runner-up three times in the current season, has the experience and ability to win this weekend's Japanese Grand Prix.
What did he say?
“It was an extremely tough evening: everything that could go wrong did go wrong for us," Alonso said after the 2023 Singapore Grand Prix.
"It’s better that it happened all in one hit. It was a race to forget for sure, everything that went wrong today, a mistake going into the pits, a slow pit stop, and no pace in the car.
“The good thing is that it was only one, it was all concentrated in this one so let’s hope in Japan we reset, we learned things from this race and we get better.”
