Max Verstappen will be eager to continue his dominance at the
Miami Grand Prix by winning the event for a record-extending third time.

The Red Bull Racing driver secured a podium spot at the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix on 20 April, the most recent race on the 2025 Formula One World Championship calendar.
Verstappen started on the first grid and went on to finish second, which saw him accumulate 18 points and achieve his 115th podium in Formula One.
Formula One title ambitions
The 2014 Masters of F3 champion is placed third in the World Drivers' Championship standings and is currently on 87 points.
Verstappen is eight points behind second-placed Lando Norris of McLaren and 12 points behind leader Oscar Piastri of McLaren as the Red Bull driver looks to retain the Formula One world title.
Why Verstappen could win the 2025 Miami Grand Prix
The 27-year-old will be returning to one of his favourite racing tracks in Formula One, the Miami International Autodrome, where he won the Miami Grand Prix in 2022 and 2023.
Verstappen, who boasts 64 Grand Prix victories across 11 seasons, will be targeting his second win of the current season, having won the Japanese Grand Prix.
What did he say?
"People forget a little bit - last year was his second year. Now he's in his third year, and he's very solid," Verstappen said about his title rival Piastri ahead of the Miami Grand Prix.
"He's very calm in his approach, and I like that. It shows on track. He delivers when he has to, barely makes mistakes - and that's what you need when you want to fight for a championship."
