Verstappen targets first Hungarian GP title

Red Bull driver Max Verstappen is keen to clinch his maiden Hungarian Grand Prix title on Sunday, August 4.
 
Lewis Hamilton of Mercedes
 
The Dutch driver, who won the recent German Grand Prix, finished seventh in last year's Hungarian Grand Prix.
 
The race was won by Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton and he went on to lift the 2018 Formula One title. 
 
Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel secured a second spot finish, while his teammate Kimi Räikkönen finished third.
 
Räikkönen has since joined Alfa Romeo ahead of the current season.
 
Valtteri Bottas of Mercedes
 
Verstappen remains third place on the World Drivers' standings and he is now 63 points behind Hamilton, who is the leader.
 
Hamilton's teammate Valtteri Bottas is still in second place, but he is now 41 points behind the leader with 10 races left.
 
Mercedes also remain at the top of the Constructors' Championship standings having accumulated 409 points from 11 races. 
 
Ferrari, whose driver Sebastian Vettel finished second at the recent German Grand Prix, remain in second place in the standings with 261 points.
 
Red Bull are currently placed third with 217 points and they will once again look to Verstappen to lead them to victory in Hungary.
